Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for this website is Milena Obradović, Serbia. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@sailpointadria.com.

Information you provide

When you prepare an enquiry, the website uses the name, contact details, boat information, location and message you enter to open a draft email in your own email application. The form itself does not submit or store those details on the website. If you send the email, its contents are processed to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and communicate about the requested services.

Analytics and advertising data

With your consent, Google Analytics helps us understand visits, page use and actions such as preparing an enquiry or selecting a contact method. If you accept advertising cookies, Google may also process information used to measure advertising and personalise ads. We do not intentionally send the contents of your enquiry to Google Analytics or Google Ads.

Cookies and your choices

Necessary browser storage remembers your cookie choice and supports core site functions. Analytics storage is optional. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are also optional and remain disabled unless you select “Accept all”. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Why we process data

We process enquiry correspondence to respond to your request and take steps you ask us to take before providing services. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are used only on the basis of your consent.

Sharing and retention

Information may be handled by service providers used for email, website hosting, analytics and advertising, only as needed for those services. Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the request, related business records and applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may also contact the competent data protection authority if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.
